Your order will be despatched quickly. Card payers will usually receive their orders before customers who pay by cheque. If paying by cheque, please note that orders will not be despatched after 7 working days. If you haven't received your order within 14 days you MUST let us know, otherwise you will lose your right to claim. Please note some products can vary from time to time in specification (description and images etc) due to unforseen manufacturers alterations.
Shortages or damages should be notified to use within 1 working day of receipt of your order. Your full order will be despatched together, unless we notify you regarding low stock. Where possible, please let us have contact telephone number and full postcode to prevent delivery delays.
Orders can be posted to use at the address on our contact form, alternatively you can telephone us on 01946 692134/01946 692135 (Mon to Sat 8.45am to 5.15pm) or on Sundays 07903 998110 (10am to 4pm).
We are open on Sundays for telephone or internet orders only, however, the warehouse will be closed.

Despatch
Please note that when gooes are signed for at the time of delivery you must check:
that you receive the number of parcels that you sign for
that no parcels are damaged or missing
Once signed for, there is no comeback if a parcel is found to be missing.
Orders will usually be delivered within 7 working days of our receiving your order, however, in busy periods (Feb to June) allow a little longer please, or order early!
Please include a telephone number where we can contact you during the day in case of any query. (this will not be passed on to any other company).
Carriage charges on goods refused by the customer, will be charged to the customer.
Goods returned to us without our consent will be refused.
We charge a £5 admin fee for returned goods.
All goods remain the property of N A Kays Horticultural Ltd until paid for in full.
Customers who place orders fully accept our trading terms.
If goods are out of stock we reserve the right to send the nearest subsititute or a credit note with your permission.
Due to manufacturing increases we reserve the right to increase prices without prior notice.
If you require a VAT invoice, please request this at the time of ordering by entering your VAT number when prompted (during the order and payment process).
We accept cheques from customers in 'Good Faith'. Cheques returned to us from the bank on which they are drawn, either marked 'Refer to Drawer' or if they are 'represented' will incur a charge of £20 on each occasion which will be charged to the customer.
Any goods sold by mail order, customers have the right to return,provided it is returned to us within 7 days or receipt in the original condition, boxed and unused for a full refund of the purchase price. This does NOT include any refund for carriage either way.
